AIforBC provides general educational, research, directory, and business-adoption information. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the Province of British Columbia unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.

No professional advice

Content is not legal, accounting, financial, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

Assessments and estimates

Assessment outputs and scores are directional decision-support tools based on the information supplied. They are not financial forecasts, guarantees, or precise ROI or payback estimates. Material decisions should be validated with operating baselines, a measured pilot, and professional review where appropriate.

Marketplace and third parties

Tool and provider information may include third-party claims. Inclusion is not a guarantee of quality, availability, suitability, or regulatory compliance. Sponsored placements and affiliate relationships will be identified where present.

Learning requests, proposals, and payment

A public learning request is not a booking. Scope, participant count, delivery format, schedule, accessibility, responsibilities, price, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms are confirmed in a written proposal. A private payment page applies only to the proposal reference and amount shown on that page. A booking is paid only when AIforBC receives the verified payment-provider confirmation; a browser return page alone is not proof of payment. The accepted proposal controls where its terms differ from general website descriptions.

Self-serve courses

The free sample and self-serve AI at Work course are separate from reviewed team proposals. Free sample feedback is practice, not a credential. Course completion records indicate completion of the stated learning activities; they do not certify professional competence or guarantee outcomes. Use fictional practice information, verify outputs and keep consequential decisions under human review.

Self-serve purchases are unavailable until approved checkout configuration and commercial terms are in place. Before any enabled purchase, review the displayed price, applicable taxes, access period and accepted terms. A payment return URL is not proof of purchase: server-verified payment and current account access determine availability. A full recorded refund removes access from that purchase. Email-provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Final self-serve cancellation, refund, support and access terms require owner review before sales open. This description does not establish a new refund policy or replace an accepted team proposal. Contact us for help with account access or an order.
